What we collect. When you register, we keep your name, email, optional phone and town, how many are coming, how you heard about us, the language you registered in, and whether we may contact you again. When you send a message, we keep your name, email and message.
Why. To plan the first gathering, send you the exact venue and welcome you, and, only if you agree, to tell you about future gatherings. We never sell or share your details.
Site statistics. We count visits ourselves, without cookies and without third-party trackers. A visit is counted with an anonymous code that changes every day; we do not store your IP address.
Your rights. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Use the contact form and we will act on it promptly.
